ASA Technology Return Policy

ASA Technology Ltd prides itself on providing the best quality products and services to our customers. Part of this service is the speedy replacement of any defective products which may, on rare occasions, require our immediate attention. Our aim is to execute exchange of any faulty product with the minimal amount of time and hassle to our mutual customers. To this end, we remain totally committed

Return Policy for Distribution Customers

The following policies and procedures are designed for Asia Pacific Module distribution customers and intended for that customer base alone.

Goods Returned Within 14 Days

Goods returned as faulty or DOA will be accepted without question within 14 days of invoice date. The particular item will be promptly exchanged and shipped back to you at our expense. Freight charges for returned goods are to be the 4responsibility of the customer. Replacement freight charges (HK outbound) will only be assumed by ASA Technology Ltd at our discretion.

Manufacturers' Warranty Returns

Goods returned should be within the warranty period specified by the Manufacturer. ASA Technology distributes a variety of manufacturers and products therefore it is critical for customers to understand the warranty terms for all of them. If a replacement is required immediately, it is suggested that a separate order be placed - the warranty will then exist as a Credit Note on your account (including the original freight charge) for future use.

Goods Returned As Faulty Or DOA

Goods returned as Faulty or DOA will only be processed if accompanied by an RMA Number from ASA Technology. RMA numbers can be obtained by completing the RMA request form and submitting it via this website or by e-mailing us at support@asatechnology.com. Goods that arrive with no identification on them will be returned to the sender collect or not accepted by ASA Technology Ltd.

RMA for Credit (RMA Form)

ASA Technology Ltd will only accept returned products for credit or replacement. ASA Technology does not give refunds to customers unless specifically agreed upon by ASA Technology management.

All Sales Final/Restocking Fee

All sales are final as indicated on an authorized ASA Technology Invoice. Products returned for any reason other than defective are subject to a restocking fee of 20 percent of the invoiced value. Any questions or comments about our policies should be directed to:
